Hemlock Grove: A Novel

Hemlock Grove - Brian McGreevy The writing style may be quite poor, but the underlying story is great. Some of the scenes in here were well-written as well though, like the first 2-3 page werewolf transformation. Just gruesome, and awesome at the same time. You can see why the book got picked up to be made into a show, easily, but I'd stick with watching the show. This book makes the show look even better, and I only give this novel 3-stars because of it. There's quality here, it's just disguised in poor grammar and unfocused thought. Someone at Netflix noticed it, I see it too. But I'd much rather watch the show again.
