There's a great set up story here that I think will pay off in the next volume, but a whole lot of this volume is just a lead in it seems like. The art is a little different, as usual, but I think works really well for Wonder Woman. It has a look like Mignola's Hellboy, which is always a plus for me. Brian Azzarello again proves that he is one of the better comic authors today too, because making Wonder Woman a readable character is not an easy feat. This is starting to get dark too, so I Wonder where our Woman will end up next!
